1.- Ownership of the Site
ULTIMA HORA TRAVEL, S.L. (hereinafter “Skandinaviska Utflykter”), established in C/ Doramas, 22 – 35110 Vecindario, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, and CIF: B-35747690, registered in the Trade Register of Santa Cruz de Tenerife with registry information in Volume 3406, Sheet TF 56048, Inscription 8, Book 0, Folio 201, owns the website www.skandinaviskautflykter.com
(hereinafter the “Site”) and makes it available to Internet users (hereinafter “User” or “Users”, as appropriate), with the purpose of providing information about the company, its excursions and promotional offers, and to allow users to submit reservation requests or general inquiries through contact forms, without any online payment or e-commerce activity.
2.- Policy of Protection of Personal Data
2.1.- For the purposes of Law 3/2018 of December 5 on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPDGDD) and Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (GDPR), ULTIMA HORA TRAVEL, S.L. informs the User of the existence of an automated database of personal data created with the information obtained through the Site and managed under its responsibility, for the purposes of handling information requests, coordinating excursion reservations, and carrying out promotional, advertising, and informational activities by any means (e-mail, postal mail, telephone, mobile phone, etc.) related to its services and activities.
2.2.- The User expressly accepts the inclusion of data collected while browsing the Site or provided through any contact or reservation form, in the automated personal data file referred to in section 2.1. During data collection, the User will be informed of the mandatory or voluntary nature of the requested data. No payments are processed through this Site, and therefore no financial data such as credit card information is collected.
2.3.- The User may exercise, in relation to the collected data, the rights recognized in the Organic Law 3/2018 and in particular the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition (ARCO), as well as the revocation of consent to the processing or transfer of data.
The rights referred to in the preceding paragraph may be exercised by the User through a written and signed request addressed to:

2.4.- By accepting these conditions, the User expressly consents to the communication of the data included in the file referred to in paragraph 2.1 to companies belonging to the ULTIMA HORA TRAVEL, S.L. group, whether located within or outside Spanish territory, and for the same purposes indicated in said paragraph.
2.5.- ULTIMA HORA TRAVEL, S.L. undertakes to respect the confidentiality of all personal data and to use them in accordance with the purposes described, fulfilling its duty to safeguard such data and adopting all necessary measures to prevent alteration, loss, or unauthorized access, in accordance with the provisions of RD 1720/2007 of December 21.
